Clearly a flip, but reasonable work. Backyard needs cleanup. Inside looks good apart from some older windows in the back bedroom. New HVAC and water heater. Water heater needs an expansion tank installed which is a tell-tale sign it was not installed by a certified plumber. Roof is newer. I suspect there is a shortage of insulation in the attic given what could be observed from the garage. Keep in mind I am not a certified home inspector or general contractor. Biggest issue is there is not a refrigerator - you could put one in the kitchen area but it would crowd things. You might also put one just outside the kitchen by the stairs. There is currently one in the garage. Washer / dryer hookups are in the garage. Fence on west side of property appears to belong to neighbor and is not in good shape. Unclear boundary on east side. Good spot for a rental / pied-à-terre.

Roof is clearly newer. A few lifted shingles here and there.

Not clear what this concrete is in backyard - maybe formerly an outdoor fireplace?

Fence on west side is not in good shape. Given the direction of the boards, I'd assume it belongs to the neighbor.

I'm going to ask about this, as unclear whether property line goes over to this fence, IE: is concrete slab in this yard or does it belong to the neighbor.
