Roof looks new, but is a bit uneven. Should be inspected
Shed door is maybe 5.5 tall.
Floor in this room is slightly uneven. This back corner slopes down a bit. There's a bit of a raised area where the room is split.
The lack of expansion tank leads me to believe this was not installed by a professional.
Front bedroom you might squeeze in a queen but would be difficult. Maybe could fit one night stand?
